Yea but most cops dont care if your doing it in a safe spot. They will just flash the lights and tell you to move a long, but maybe we just have cool cops.

spinning tires, wreckless driving, public nuisance, etc.

Go ahead and go do it... get caught and come back and tell us what happened.
