yes, you can get a ticket for exhibition of speed/acceleration, careless driving, or reckless driving. Exhibition usually runs around $200, careless around $400, and reckless you have to appear and the judge gets to set your fine, maximum is usually around $1000

If you're asking a question like that, you should not be driving. Didn't you have to take some sort of test to get your liscence?
