Blower Fan noise

Hi,
'91 Camry 4 cyl.
There must be a piece of a leaf or something in the heater/defrost
fan. At the lowest setting I can hear a sound like an old baseball card in your bicycle spokes.
How hard is it to get to the fan to open it up and clean out any debris that might be in there.
