I live i Moscow, But my Family live in CA....
Stillen is some expensive.

If moscoe is anything like around here, any local exhaust shop could build you one for $200, all you need to do is buy mufflers seperately.

Um, I think you misinterpreted what I meant.
You bring your car there, they take off your old exhaust, custom build you a new one onto your car combined with the mufflers that you purchase seperately and provide.
Are there really no exhaust shops in moscoe? I mean with all the hassles of shipping, customs, and such, your costs are going to double at least...why not just find a place in moscoe...I mean they have cars there...so they have to have repair shops...just ask a guy who works there to make one in his free time, and pay him on the side.
