converting to power seats...possible?

I recently bought some racing seats which go forward and backwards manually, and I have the brackets for them also. My stock seats are powered. Is it possible to make the racing seats power? Either by mounting racing seats on stock rails or moving the motor and everything else over to the racing rails. Or any other way. Thx!!!!!!
