My blazer 2000 wont start, it cranks but wont make any effort to start. i checked :
-the timing = good
-fire = good
-fuel pressure= was not to good, i replaced the fuel pump and now is very good
-power osscillation to intectors= good
-fuel filter=good
-distributor and rotor
the sparkplugs stay dry, so i think the problem is betweene the fuel line connecting on the engine and the combustion chamber. how can i get to the fuel regulator (procedure) and what else could prevent fuel to get to the injectors.
Thanks

What is the fuel pressure.
I don't want to hear it is good, I want to see the actual pressure measurement.

Fuel pump running engine off, pressure should be 414-455 kPa (60-66 psi). when the pump shuts off, it should drop 34 kPa (5 psi) and remain steady. Does it?
How are you checking the injectors?

What problems did you have before the no start condition? Any recent repairs done? Have you checked all the fuses?

Pressure is now 65 psi (brand new AC delco pump) i did not have any problems before one morning it just did'nt start. i checked all the fuses, and the injectors are getting there negative ocillations from the ECM.

The security system might have disabled the trucks ignition.

Just had to replace my fuel pressure regulator in my 97 blazer. Ran just over 500 smackaroos. However, no more problems with it taking 15 secs to turn over. When I finally took it in to get fixed, took almost 1 minute before starting, then had a big shake which I figure was only a few of the cylinders getting fuel.
