94 dodge dakota engine swap

is there anyone in here that has done or know anyone who has done a 94 dakota with a 5.2l swap. i have a 94 dodge dakota now witha v6 and 5 spd how much would it cost to do a swap and arer the engines hard to find im in kentucky
