Problem with headlights

I have a 94 grand am and one day I went to turn on my headlights (lows) and nothing happened. My car was running and all of the parking lights were on. The only thing wrong was the lowbeams wouldn't turn on and the dashlights didn't turn on either. I checked fuses. Can anyone help?

do your high beams work, check the bulbs in the headlights they couldve just both went out at the same time as far as the dash lights u could have a loose wire somewhere

Actually I did check that and the dash lights have more than one wire. I don't know where to find the relay that is connected to them all. If a bad ground is on the relay that could be the problem but I have no idea were that is.
