2001 Durango Ashtray -opens automatically

Hello All,

I have an interesting issue with the ashtray in my 2001 Durango. When I drive and hit a minor bump in the road (sometimes seems like I am not hitting anything) the ashtray opens automatically.

Any ideas on how to remedy the issue?
