Sidekick/Tracker - Check Engine Light

I Have a 93 Tracker, which is having a strange issue with a check engine light
Seems that it will only come on a random...maybe after 2-3 long drives....
Erorr codes always seem to be different, have had a 52, one for idle speed, one for the IAT sensor, one for the map...to many can't recall numbers lol
Car has a new header, replaced the air temp sensor, car also has a weapon r air intake (if that really matters), engine was rebuild after the old one died on me, new odometer (from another tracker) so the mileage isin't exact...car runs great...
Issue may have resulted after an electrical short...not sure cause I really didin't drive the car much after that...the short was on the dome light/radio circut..this was resolved...the short acually melted my door jam switches!..any ideas on what else it may be!...thus far when using repair manuals...everything checks out ok
