91 caprice water pump

My water pump is shot. I let it go as long as i could sounded like a washing machine. It is now spraying liquid all over the place at least i couldn't find any leaks anywhere else. The fan is spraying anti-freeze all over. It is not a flood though. Will the pump leak like that? Is this a tough job to replace? Should I also replace the clutch fan? How can I test for that Just spin it by hand? Any tips on the install will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The water pump is is a fairly easy thing to replace. Jus loosen, or take off the belt, take off the fan, the there are 3 bolts that hold on the pump. Then you're good ta go.
