New Laptop

I need to get a new laptop, and I don't have a clue what to get. I want to spend under $1500, and I would do a lot of work on it. I'd need wireless capabilities as well. Anyone have soem good suggestions?

Yeah, go to a laptop shop and tell the salesmen your needs and budget. That's what they're there for. I personally love Fujitsu Lifebook laptops and Sony Vaio's, I don't know whether you will get one in your price range. Worth looking second hand for one IMO.

I really like the Vaio's as well. I just think you pay a little extra for the Sony name, and I don't really wanna do that.

In that case, take a good look at the S-Series of the Fujitsu Lifebook range. EXCELLENT laptops.
