dashboard lights coming on and off

I have a 2001 Accord EX that has 85K miles on it and recently, the dashboard lights would come on while I was driving and then go off unexpectedly, and after I pulled over I could hear a distinctive buzzing coming from the engine as I pressed the accelator a bit. Any input would be appreciated...

Which lights are we speaking of? Warning lights, or what?

The indicator lights come on unexpectedly..The check engine light, the ABS light, trunk/door lights, etc./// every light in the dash. I believe it may be an electrical issue. I replaced the battery yesterday and the lights still come on and off...

Sounds like my problem with door/trunk/brake lights. Per others' opinion, I'd suspect a ground connection.
