1993 Explorer turn signals not working

Hi-

Both my turn signals on my 93 Explorer went out at the same time.
They were getting slowere and slower before they went out.

I am guessing there is a flasher unit some where for the turn signals that is out but can't find it. My emergency flashers work fine.

Anyone know if there is a flasher unit and where it is located?
I checked in the black fuse box along the left side under the hood but didn't see anything with the words flasher or turn singal.

Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
Rich

Fuse panel inside the vehicle by the steering column?
