TUrn Singal Lights

Could use some help.
My Turn signals won't work. Brake lights and headlights are fine.
Also Turn signal indicators on the dash don't work either.
Changed the Mini Fuse (a red 10 amp mini fuse) still nothing.
i have a 99 Dodge Ram 1500.

It could be the blinker itself that's bad. Test to see if it's getting voltage, and test to see if that voltage is getting out on the other side. Also, try your emergency flashers. Are they out also?
