Problems

My buddy just got back his 02 Civic HX Automatic from the shop. And they installed Iridium Spark Plugs, Struts, Intake. When he got it back he said that his car was acting funny. The funny things that is doing is when he is slowing down to about 25 miles an hour it feels like he is still breaking when he is not and then it shifted kind of funny he says(I havent noticed it when riding in it) What could possibly be the problem? Is the transmission slipping?

did he reset his computer so it could learn of the new mods done to the car?

This is an old post most likely resolved..As for your answer resetting the ECU would require you to disconnect the negative battery terminal, for clarification if this were to be found during a search.

go to auto zone and have them do a code search...and tell them to dell all code even if there isnt ne...this resets the computer...or if u dont want to do that...take off both batt terminals...touch each other and put it back...drive 15 miles...problem fixed
