Hi,

it is many years, that I built this out of the Tamiya - kit:

Some of the modifications:
- V8 engine
- wheels from Fujimi
- frontfenders changed, the turn with the wheels now and the rear ones widened
- new cooler
- Sidepipes made of alu-tubes
- New dash
- Battery and fuel cell over the rear axle
- Etc.

great work!

Wanted to do mine with a slant six, but still ended up putting the original engine in it.

Fantastic. If ever a car was begging to have some crazy motor jammed in it, it's this. V8 is insane! I was much milder and put a Honda F20C in mine. Great work!

Great work of an insane car!
Saw one of these with a Mopar 440 stuck under the hood in a Swedish motor magazine. Talk about putting wheels on a motor!

Nice looking model, but i think i would be scared to death of driving a real one. I think it would handle like hell.

I fiddled with same idea( still some building to do) and i found it very tight in the front for the radiator, so i stuck it in the rear..
Still, your build have now made me want to opening that Tamiyabox again. Thanks a lot!..

Proosen, i think it was a Chrysler 440 right? and i saw that car to ( in Wheels?..). The engine was a very very thight fit :)

im thinking of doing this kit but trying to convert it into a westfield, because my dads friend has one he took me out in it last week, i nearly shat my pants, and it handled so good, 80mph around tight corners and amazing accelleration, only 8 miles to the galon though lol. has anyone ever seen a westfield model?
