i don't know where to find one but the pcv goes to the middle(big port) left(drivers side) goes to the charcol canister. right port tees into the air pump valve(some models) and egr controller a hose goes from egr valve to controller(rear i believe) and the map sensor goes to the back of the tbi. hope this helps

Is it a California emmissions or Federal? Either way I got the diagrams, but the type of emmisions is a need to know. You should have a routing diagram under hood (on top of radiator core support).

I dont think it is a cali model, it doesn't have an air pump. The truck has a new motor in it with new EGR, O2 snsr etc... It has a catalytic convertor with about 150K on it. Will an old cat cause HC grams per mile to be high?

Yes, an old cat will cause HC to be high and also NOx. When i bought mine ( 182 kmi) it wouldn't pass emissions. HC were over 10. ( limit is 1.5 i think by me, owner did not have emissions tests where he lived). Replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires, egr, O2 sensor, and pcv. Cut HC by 50% but not enough. Replaced the cat with an OE style, and passed with flying colors. It partially clogged and the rest had broken down.

Thanks everyone for the advice. That cat is an expensive sob.

So does this mean you don't want the Emmission routing diagram?

I do want the emissions diagram, I want the truck to be correct and functioning properly. The last 2 things I need to do are replace the coil and test the TPS sensor and replace it if it has a dead spot in it. If neither of those solve the part throttle stumble, I don't think it will pass. Emissions are very strict here.

As it is, the truck is completely rebuilt except for the wiring harnesses and interior. It is in A-1 condition exept for those things.

Can you give me any info like Engine VIN, Federal or California, anything else that can help me find the correct info.
