Engine Swap 1990 F150

When Swaping out an 302 for a 351 on a efi can i also just switch the ecms so that the computer can sence that the bigger engine is instaled.see i totaled a 1990 with the 5.8 but was only hit in the back and have another truck that has a blown 5.0 and wanted to switch. I know that this year truck is not mass air but is measured by speed and if i swap the computeres will that solve this problem. Thanxs for any replys
