b16a1 idle and fuel problem New Swap

new swap, b16a1 into 90 lx 4 dr.

when i turn the key, just to engage the power and ecu, (not to start), it sounds like there is an air leak coming from the fuel rail area but possible from under the intake manifold, I cant pinpoint the sound. the very first time we started the motor, we had a fuel leak where the injectors seat at the fuel rail and head, we re-seated them and they dont leak gas now but could that still be leaking ?

Also, the idle was fine the first start, but it started fluctuating, up, down, up , down, When i plug up the hole in the throttle body to the tps, it runs better. Any ideas?

Very common problem on 1st gen B16s.

I have no idea what you're talking about for the first thing though.. Sorry.
