SUBARU pt.3: lifted legacy, gen2 legacy, c-west legacy recce car

Hey,

I wanted to make my Baja soooo bad! So, I tested out some stuff on the fujimi legacy kit.

Fujimi legacy kit, tamiya dark metallic blue, scratchlifted the suspension, tired to drill the springs out, not so good, anyway, Scorpion springs, lifted suspension, pink "i" emblem, messed up on the green under the car, if you got a subie, you'd know wat I mean, weathered underside.

Aoshima gen2 legacy, this was the one withe the body kit. I'm not using the body kit on this kit though. I'll try it on the next one I get.
Tamiya light metallic blue, unsure how I'm going to do this one, mild custom, volk or prodrive(like) rims.

Fujimi sloppy c-west kit. The c-west body kit was horribly shrunken. Had to cut and reshape a bit. This will be, as rediculous as it sounds, a rally recce-show car. It will have swrt sponsor decals, and prodrive(like) rims. Most likely will be wrblue, but I am open for sugestions.

I might steal the lifted legacy's frame and use it for my super secret project. But, you can probably guess what it is going to be.

My LHS stores a hasegawa legacy sedan (the predecessor to the im preza in rallying terms, but the streetversion( don't know which gen)). pm me if you want it. (was thinking of building it myself but i have too many kits already)

Where did you get your Hippo-Sleek Legacy from? I got mine from HLJ. It'd be nice to find a different place.

I got the hippo sleek from hlj. I'm getting another one soon, so I'll try the body kit on that one.

C West Legacy..Grrrr fujimi....They have the Legacy STi hood scoop on it, on the box art..but, of course no scoop was made for the kit. The resin body kit was not fitting at all. Mods are necessary to make it not suck.

nice progresses, but what do you mean by the "green under the car?" Are those the green accents under your car?

Those parts I painted green, are suposed to be black. The part next to it, closest to the center diff should be green, and the color is off too. Thanks for looking.

I like the c-west wagon - what colour will you paint it? Did it come with decent rims?

Looks great dude. If you want to make your baja, find a new legacy or outback wagon, cut the back out, use some styrene and putty and smoothen it out and there's your baja.

I seriously need to try some of this...
