hanging low?

now that I have your attention. the other day I heard something rattling in the engine area. I looked and it was that little.... whatever it's called. the little add on to the master cylinder connected by a small tube like thing? has the yellow... button like thing on the top of it. my gods why is my digi cam broken when I need it....

Anyways if you know what I'm talking about.... Where the hell do I hang it? I can't seem to find a place for it now that it's come out.
