1999 S10 2.2 Electrical Problem

I Have A 1999 S10 2.2 LITER. I PARKED THE TRUCK FOR 5 MINUTES. NOW IT WONT CRANK. IT JUST CLICKS AT STARTER. ALL LIGHTS DIM. BATTERY VOLTAGE AT BATTEY 12 VOLTS. DASH SHOWS 9 VOLTS. BATTERY CABLES GOOD, AND NO BLOWN FUSES. ARE THERE ANY OTHER CIRCUIT BREAKERS, RELAYS, OR FUSIBLE LINKS OTHER THAN THE TWO FUSE PANELS. THE VOLTAGE SEEMS TO COME AND GO WHILE SITTING IN THE TRUCK. DOME LIGHT WILL BRIGHTEN AND DIM BY ITSELF, AND VOLTMETER WILL GO FROM 9 VOLTS TO 12 VOLTS. WHEN I TRY AND CRANK AGAIN, STARTER WILL CLICK AND ALL POWER IN CAB WILL SHUTOFF FOR 15-20 SECONDS AND COME BACK ON. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Maybe the starter bearings or something in it s*1t the bed and it's taking a huge amount of amps from the battery to try to turn it over and that is why the voltage drops so much.

Try a jump start. Even a battery showing 12 volts on a multi meter doesn't nessarily have the amps required to turn the starter.
