window motors are getting slrightly slow. Nothing worth worring about yet. But I want to take off the door panel adn greese the regulator and other moving parts to stop resistance, also put somethin on the weather stripping at top of the door wut should i use? for the weahter stripping too, cuz i would imagine it would be different.

that or regular old recycled motor oil would be ideal.

grease would work much better on the glass tracks than oil, and it'l stick around longer...
as for the weather stripping, be careful as oil/petroleum eats away at EPDM(weatherstripping material).. Get Areospace 303 protectant..

no its because i am smarter than you
btw, its a good idea to clean the tracks real good first.. gravel and metal shavings and such build up and thats what causes the binding

silicone spray lubricant. spray it on the weatherstripping and then wipe it off with a towel. it helps pretty well, my dad's been doin it to his jetta and has kept the strippin well...
