’94 Mazda 626 Airbag Dash board light?

Hello guys. I have a ’94 Mazda 626 and this morning the airbag’s light started blinking (3 times, pause and then 1). I don’t know much about that but I think is a code. Has anyone had the same problem before? Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same thing going on no one has been able to fix it, and have spent allot on the problem.

i have a 93 626 and my airbag light is constantly on i also have no clue on how to fix it i just hope it dont blow in my face out of nowhere!!!!:icon16:

lol I seen this problem too. If I'm not mistake code 31 is for an internal circuit fault(blown internal fuse I think) of your air bag control module or sas unit. You have to replace it. Very expensive.

mine is a code 6 on my 97 626, which we looked up and it was a clockspring issue. we checked out the clockspring to see if it had continuity or non at all, the clockspring passed all tests that said would fix it and so we reset the code, it stayed off for 2 weeks and returned with the same code, i don't know what to do
