Clutch Change

I'm buying a 87 s-10 for $50 for a parts truck for my 91 S-10 and I was wondering if the clutch out of the 2.8 v6 would work in my 4.3 v6. B/c my clutch is shot to hell and back, bu i guess the one in the 2.8 is brand new. Thanks for feedback

sorry to say I doubt it. They're completely different motors.

For the price of a new clutch it just isn't worth messing around with a mickeymouse repair...
unless you can sell either the 2.8L engine, or transmission, leaving the clutch exposed before the clutch job. Then it's worth it to take the clutch off and compair them.
