What would be a nice set of cams for a 95 4.6 that will be used as a daily driver with PI heads. What other mods would be a nice addition with this besides the computer and the whole intake.
Also where can I find a 3.73 ring gear andn pinion for a 95 T-bird. They have the IRS so I believe it is a little different then a solid axel.

The Ring and pinion is the same, I have the IRS in my car and have done several gear swaps, trying to find the gear that I like.
As far as cams with your PI heads, I would suggest you call comp cams or crane cams because now your dealing with higher compression.
I know on a Mustang, I would reccomend the Comp Cams 102600 XE270AH which has a power range between 1800rpms-5800rpms. it's not too agressive, has a slightly noticable idle and is very usable as a daily driver. But with your higher compression, your definately going to need some good springs and make sure your cams are degreed. I am worried about the valves getting chewed up by the pistons.
In other words..... Call Comp cams tech line.
As far as other mods, I don't know if you have a auto or a manual. If you have a auto, get a lighter weight flex plate, or with a stick, get a aluminum flywheel. that will help the engine rev faster.
I would also suggest a hand held programmer.

A lot of the 4.6 pioneering and trial and error was done there, if anyone knows mod motors, it's them.
importeater, the Steeda #19 is a 5.0 cam grind, his '95 bird has a 4.6 in it.

Ive have seen a couple converted to manual, so I never assume anymore.
I know you don't have PI heads, that's why I pointed you to comp cam's because I know when you swap heads, the compression changes. You will get a higher compression with the PI heads.

I agree, he does know his mod motor's........ matter of fact, I've read each one of his tech books that he has published in the past 5 years atleast 4 times as well the Ford Tech manual's which cost bank, and a few others.
