Does anybody know if they make a cold air intake for a 97 Taurus SHO? If so, where? I'm tyring to get some more horses out of it with out making really big changes. Or does anybody know about any other ways to get more horses out of this car. I haven't found many things you could do to the V8. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not possible :). Not sure if a cold air is what you want. Ford usually makes their own type of 'cold air' setup where the intake is always getting fresh air from the outside. Some intakes eliminate this, and pull hot air from under the hood. I think the amount of fuel it's going to take to burn the colder air will result in more fuel comsumption for not a lot of extra horsepower. I as well don't know anything about that engine, but it couldn't be much harder than finding performance parts for my 2.9L Ford. I would look for headers, EFI system upgrades, porting/polishing, etc...
