my friend says that you can put a 13'' steelie inside of a 14'' tire...
i told him he was a freakin' retard and he should drowned himself in a toilet bowl :loser:

in my hubby's words: "will it fit on there? yes. will it stay on and hold air? ...no!" so as far as all of us know (me him and his mom who's been racing since god knows when) ... well let's say i have an extra toilet he can use if if he needs it
