rectangle lights in bumper

ok here is what i did. I have a 95 s10 blazer 4x4. I took out the little lights in the bumper to install hidaway stobes. i cut the 3 wires to each bulb. now my parking lights near my turn signals dont work and the left signal on my dash stays on. Can someone tell me how to wire the 3 wires in a way to make it think that there are bulbs connected to them????????????????

You probably blew the fuse or the flasher module.

well i thought that but i still have power on the wires, on the driver side there are 2 hot 1 ground and pass side has 2 ground 1 hot
