Timing?

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to time a 1995 Grand Prix GTP. My timing belt snapped and the overhead cams are now moved so I'm not sure how to set at Top-Dead-Center on number 1 cylinder. Can you please help me with this problem if you know how to time this car.
