ok i just did a de swap in my 92 240 i bought it with a locked up motor for 50 bucks. everything worked except motor like clutch engaged and gears worked. i just did a swap and got everything back togther and i have no clutch i got paper work on the car it has a new clutch 2 weeks before the motor locked up in it. when i push clutch its like i have no pressure in it. i pulled the motor out of a automatic. everyting is aligned no air in clutch lines. im at a loss. any ideas.

umm maybe you didn't know this but this forum is mainly english.. so try typing in that language.

for your problem, i really don't understand the first part. what i got out of it is you push the clutch down and there's no pressure?? wtf does that mean? if there was no pressure on the clutch, it'd fall to the floor. do you mean when you push the clutch in it doesn't disengage?

I"m hoping you were smart enough to pull the clutch and flywheel off your blown engine. But if not then that could fix your problem. As you lack the skills to communicate your issue good luck fixing your problem. Oh also check your blinker fluid it could be the problem.

yea you can always tell when mommy bought someones 240 by the way they talk. as for my typing i was in a hurry and just wanted to get the jist in. as for my problem i push clutch in and no pressure is felt. and yes i took the clutch flywheel and all related off the blown motor and put on the good motor. i can put it in first gear and somwtimes it wants to grab but just makes a chirp sound.

ummm because you can adjust how much pressure you're putting into the hydraulic system.. thats what engages and disengages the clutch.. you may not have bled the lines correctly either.. think about that before you post again.

did u bend the lines? is the clutch new? or in a good condition? take it apart and look at it again...
use a manual, u have the KA motor so unlike us with Sr's u can buy a cheep manual that explain the procedure...

you know something you ppl act like i the only ppl that know anything are you guys. thats why you think that any question a so called newb asks is cracked on when that only thing he is guilty of is coming in contact with you. why cant you ppl just answer a question with out pointing out the way he types or how stupid the question is. because the only thing anyone wants to know is the answer to their question.so F*$k you all that know who you are. and it was the pilot bearing and i said before that it was a BRAND NEW CLUTCH. read the damn posts.

Is it so hard to capitalize the first letter of a sentence and to put a period at the end of it? It's all we ask, because maybe we could answer the question if we understood what the question was. It takes the same amount of time to type like a normal person and not like Tim when he's drunk.
