Tranny rebuild

Does anybody have any experence, or know of any links that will show me step for step on how to rebuild a tranny? If so, please take the time and let me know. I appriciate the help and thanks in advance.

The application is a 90 Integra LS with a 20 spline input shaft, it grinds in 3rd and 4th. I got a LSD from a 89 J1 tranny, and the short gears from the JDM S1 tranny, and a rebuild kit for the 88-91 B-series trannys (includes sincros, seals, and berrings).
