A/C Pulley Growl TSB?

Anyone tried replacing the whining idler pully for the A/C belt yet? I can't get the nut off the shaft even with vise grips. Broke two wrenches trying to get it off!

righty tighty lefty loosey. Its only a stinking 14 mm bolt. how the hell did you break wrenches? If its that hard why not just replace the whole thing. pully and bracket

Ya, regular threads that is what I thought. The bad bearings in the defective stock pulley must have welded the nut on the shaft. I tryed to just take the whole braket off teh motor BUT teh pulley is in the way and you can't get the top bolt out!!
