Time to change the fluids?

Dodge Grand Caravan 02. 60 K miles. Wife drives it, we don't drive it hard. Should I change the radiator and transmission fluid now? If so, should both be flushed or just drained?

yes, do both fluids. I would drain and not flush the tranny. You need to change the Tranny filter and clean the magnet.
