Underbody NEON

OK this is the deal. I got some underbody neon for my car and I wanna know where I can get it installed. I got it from the net and I cant fit under my car and install it. Any1 ever wanted neon , where did u get it installed??

usually a car customizing place will do it for you, somewhere that you can buy aftermarket parts (not autozone or napa) that also installs them.

Maybe check the honda forums, they should know more about neon lights then us.

How long u think it takes em to put it on ?? Cause I went to this place and the guy goes " Well Ur eclipse is low and blah blah blah it will take us 4 1/2 hours to put neon on. That would be $ 325 , so I tell him .... FU fag I can put it on in one hour ( If I had a frikin jack or somethin :) )

Honda guy to the rescue. JK. ok heres what you can do. if your sure that you can actually hook them up and everything., just get some 4x4 peice of wood. like a fence post or somthing, then cut it in half with a 45 degree cut. viola you have ramps. drive either end of the car up on the ramps set your e brake and block the opposite wheels. i hate lifting the car off the ground for any reason though...bad experience lol. anyway thats one solution.

I have done neons since 4 years. I had about 13 cars that I have put neon on. however 5 of em burned down. Not My Fault !!! But i can put neon safely on my car and I had the wirez conncted and everything and it started glowing... but here comes my problem, I dont wanna make holes where neon is set since I never done it on eclipse and its kinda starnge.

spending money is the price you pay to own a car. If you cant do it yourself or have the money to do it then thats just tough. and i am sure any of those 13 cars you've never done before so in short, we answered your query a long time ago.go get it installed:);)

Circuit City or Best Buy actually installs them. I did mine myself (LEDs). Took about 1 1/2 hours. Easier and cheaper just to do it yourself.

yeah do it yourself saves money for other mods. I did mine myself.

please tell me that if you are doing neons that you have some performance mods? Neon is ricer even at its best.

hour and a half? geez neons are the easiest thing in the world to install. I got mine installed in about 30-40 minutes. Thats all 4 tubes. Bring your car to my house ill install them in less than an hour. Cost you 50 bucks.

if you cant figure out neons then i dont know what tell you. its easy.

ill stick with the 1-1/2 hour rather then driving a good 3-4 hour to your house but I only live in wisconsin but still.

hi there, any of you got an underbody neon lights on their 2g eclipse? i'm trying to put some neon lights on my car, i got the front and the sides installed , but i can't figure out how to install the one in the back, any suggestion or pics, anything would help, thanks,

maybe on the back of the spare tire compartment or something?? somewhere where it won't get all busted up but you can still see the light.

I was actually looking at neon's but havn't had the time to check the underbody of my car yet to see if they will fit (I just bought it 2 weeks ago) is the underbody substantially different on a 2g spyder from a normal 2g (I should think there is extra bracing underneath?

As I was reading through this thread, I was hoping there would be someone who would come through and say something.

For the back neons, I installed mine ALL the way where the bumper meets the uppe bumper. Looking at the back of a talon, its practically behind the license plate. I got LEDs, so its still bright. Also lights up my stock exhuast pretty well too. lol
