92 electrical problem...

I have a 92 TC sig. series that loves to flicker the lights on and off. Now for the more detailed part: I'll just be driving along and everything except the engine turns off, my radio resets, fuel mileage, trip, every thing, even my driving lights. I have a suspicion that it could be a fusible link, or it may be my battery cable but I have pretty much eliminated that, and will soon be installing a hydraulically pressed terminal to cross that off for sure, I have Zero experience with vehicle electrical systems, I have a fluke brand dmm for diagnosis, but I don’t have a clue where to start. Any suggestions would be very helpful and appreciated.
