I have one headlight slightly burnt out(sounds wierd i know), it is not and electrical problem it is just the bulb, so i am looking to replace both bulbs, what will this involve? is it just a swap in swap out or do i have to take a bunch of things apart? i am not good with electrical things. any help is appreciated

Like you say it is "just a swap in swap out". Very easy. Just take old bulbs out and put new ones in.

How do you get to the lamp to change it. 1996 Taurus.

remove the 3 bolts on top of the headlight assembly and slide the assembly forward, the bulb is then very easy to twist out.
