NOOOO!!! You are already thinking about ruining a good looking car? Why do people do that? Some Japanese guys took so much time to figure on some really effective, sexy, ideal lines for this car...this car is to succeed in a long line of successful Z cars...if you are thinking about riceing it out by putting a body kit on an already good looking car...oh god...I fear for the future.

Dude,
You rednecks need to stop saying "rice" to refer to cars. Rice is the food we eat, not for use as a referral to cars. How would you like it if I called all domestic cars "burger trash"? Burger refers to the food the whites eat, and trash, well, you know, is just trash (or white trash for that matter). It basically means white trailer trash cars. You don't like it, huh? Well, then stop using our food as a referral to cars.
It all started when the stupid white trash Harley Davidson guys started calling Japanese superbikes as rice rockets. And yes, they are superb rockets, and even more amazing today. But do not disrespect the food we eat, it's been around for thousands of years. Don't make me start using "burger trash".:finger:

OMG...
1)I am not a redneck...I am 75% Hispanic 25% Chinese...therefore I am not a redneck by any means
2)Rice is just a word used to describe tacky things done to cars like Type R stickers on cars that aren't Type R in anyway shape or form; huge wings that serve no purpose but to slow down the car; and windshield wiper light bulbs.
I dont know what you are trying to get at w/the burger and rice conversation...but if it looks bad and tacky...maybe I wont call it rice...but it sure will look horrible that is for sure.

So you're Hispanic, huh? Well, I could use other names to call u then, but I'm not going to.
Rice is a word used to describe tacky things done to cars? Where the hell in the dictionary does it say that? Rice is the food we eat, and it has been so for thousands of years, when all of you were still cavemen, we started agriculture already. So stop using that word for anything other than what it is--which is food. Use some other words to call those tacky things then.
Like I said, it was started by the stupid, white trash Harley Davidson guys to call Japanese superbikes as rice rockets. It was a way to disrespect us by associating our food with bikes and cars. How would u like it if your people were called "tacos" in reference to something like that? You see, they were tired of forming groups like the KKK and murdering Negros and other human beings, so they had to make up names to disrespect our people. Damn the murderous white devils!!!

Easy, killer! You're making some pretty big claims, there. I think maybe I should speak in defense of us rednecks...
I don't see how using the word rice to refer to anything is disrespectful of anyone. I don't care if you call something burger trash. There is nothing sacred about the food I eat. I don't ceremonially slaughter the cow, I don't sacrifice my french fries, and I don't use my milk shake for a cleansing ritual. As far as I know, nobody refers to any group of people as "rice." And the comparisons you make... oh, where do I start?
First off, I think you'll find that Harley riders (with some notable exceptions) are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They are really a community in and of themselves, and generally civil people. Back when the term "rice burner" was newly christened, there weren't many Japanese superbikes. In fact, I don't believe there were any (that could be bought in America, anyway). Is it really a wonder that the Harley guys made fun of the super-powerful D-Type? Honda acts like it's an engineering marvel. The real marvel is that anyone actually bought a bike that makes 3 horsepower at 5000 RPM. Do you remember their ad campaign: "You meet the nicest people on a Honda." I don't think many performance enthusiasts look back at those little motor-scooters and smile. Once the Honda engineers finally figured out that four-stroke was the way to go, things got better. But their performance was mostly due to much lighter weight, and they lacked the element of fun that people bought American bikes for. After all, if I just want to go fast, that's what my car is for. Motorcycles in my country have an entirely different meaning.
I don't think anyone's trying to insult you. I have merely stated fact. And I'm sorry if you are offended, but you seem to be the first. My suggestion: get used to hearing it. Because a lot more people than just stupid rednecks like me are gonna say it. :smoker2:

What a load of craps! I don't know where you got your stuff from but they're nothing but craps. Why don't you look in the World book of Records and see how many of Japanese superbikes are in there for being the fastest, quickest, among other things, for stock bikes. By the way, whenever one speaks of Japanese bikes or cars, you automatically assume they're speaking about Honda. There are many other great manufacturers, such as Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, etc. Honda is just happens to be the absolute BIGGEST motorcycle manufacturer on earth, that's all. Moreover, Honda manufacture is an engineering "marvel". They're the first manufacture to come out with the Ultra-low emission vehicles; and the only one on the planet to have 2 hybrid cars in productions. Not only are they a great manufacturer, but they care much about the planet earth to reduce as much air pollutions as possible. Other manufacturers should bow down to them with utmost respect for that.
By the way, if you wanna see what Honda bike can be, look up the NR750. It's only the most technologically advanced bike on the face of the earth, but best of all, anybody could buy one for about $90K, because it was an ordinarily production bike, not a race-only bike. I know just the place to buy one.
And yes, referring to cars or anything using our food is disrespectful, just as calling your neck "red" is disrespectful, eventhough a neck being red because of sun exposure doesn't seem to be so disrespectful, but using it in a disrecpectful form is disrespectful.

Hey, you can't blame the guy for getting mad at me, since I'm so anti-Japanese. BTW, why the hell is NISSAN IKI JAPAN stamped all over my burger trash??? :D
I didn't say that Honda doesn't make good bikes. I was only referring to their early attempts, which is where their bad reputation among Americans came from. You never get a second chance at a first impression, it seems. Honda has even managed to get into the big-displacement V-twin segment with great success. Japanese adaptivity again. I actually saw a mixed pack of H-Ds and VTXs the other day. I had to look twice.
Now if you want to dispute my position on Honda cars, that's a whole other can of worms.
And burger trash is what you will find in the floorboard of any car around here. :smoker2:

hey pw_350Z_baby, shut up. I'm tired of your kind, the overly sensative. You yelled at him for making a racist slander (supposedly) then you proceed to slander him, and after he replied much calmer than i would have, you proceeded to insult him. RICE has been clearly distinguished in the context used today as something on a car than gives it the appearance of speed yet in reality does not and or in fact diminishes in speed, like a large wing that ruins the aerodynamics.
So shut up with that shit and grow up

Why are you so offended about the rice thing who the hell cares. Everyone I know uses rice as a description and there is no problem there. Grow up and stop taking things so personally.

Yes, i've seen quite a few body kits for the Z as I am hunting them down to put on my 350 when it arrives in the country. Check out INTENSE MOTORSPORTS if you would like to see other kits for the car. My car, as I said, won't be in until the end of August, as I ordered a 2004 model. Reason being, first production year cars are usually filled with gremlins. Anyway, check out the site and let me know what you think...personally I ordered the car with full Nismo package.
