1984 crx timing

I just picked up a CRX 1.5 HF, (basket case). I've put it back together and have spark and fuel, engine turns over fine but I do not have info on setting timing, crankshaft or camshaft locations, for TDC. According to manual you check timing with the crank pulley against a pointer on the timming belt cover. I need to make sure I am at top dead center any help is greatly appreciated.
