I'm Addicted...

To GT4. It's sad because I spent maybe a total of 17-18 hours paying games. That has to be the most time I've spent playing games...it's sad

Not sure on Hours, but I have spent way to much damn time on Halo and Halo 2

I just played through Super Mario World, getting all the secret exits excluding Star World, all before Frances the Mute (77 minutes) was up. I think I play it a bit too often..

i've played all nighters before inadvertantly. you get into the game, have 4 or 5 beers and before you know it, you hear birds chirping and the sun's coming up. i played Final Fantasy X for playstation 2 every spare second i had when it was new, same with GT3 and getting the super license. i think i may have an obsessive compulsive disorder when it comes to videogames. They aren't like they used to be, it's easy to get really involved.

I think i have you beat, I've play it close to 30 hours probably, haha actually I don't really know. Pathetically i only have 6.6% of it finished, mainly cuz i'll only race a few races strictly to get money. In which case, what should I buy for $472,315, I want a Saleen S7 but I'm thinking maybe i'll just buy different cars for the races i need to complete in Beginner level. We should make a thread to post our personal stats on AF.

wake up at 11 EST, breakfast, jump to GT4 at 12:30, eat dinner at 730, back to GT4 at 8, go to sleep at 3AM. :p

i spent a total of 10 hours at once trying to beat doom64 when i was 13.(20 now) after that, i needed a new hobby at that age. which was girls.

I use to play RTS's and shooters all the time back in the day. But then I got busy, and eventually lost interest. Nowadays though, if I start playing a game, it's like havin a ciggarette after quitting. It just makes you want to go back to it so bad.

Idunno I've prolly done like 10hrs tops on GTA Vice City when it first came out. Man I just feel like such a scumbag playing video games all day. Peace-

After some very frustrating campaing maps, I decided that I wanna indulge in some racing. Then from 6:00PM until 8:00Am the next morning I was going at it like a monster. Now I have an 820HP Skyline which I will post pictures in the gaming section.


Las time I remember doing something stupid liek this was GT3 and the endurance races....the only things keeping me awake were cadbury easter eggs and breif power naps.

I thought you were late 20s, early 30s. You sound like youre 18 or 19.

I just had nothing else to do that Saturday (read thread in Stress release for further info). Yea I'm only 18 but everyone says I look like I'm 21 or 22.

now-a-days i usually don't get past the first 2 or 3 levels.
video games just bore me now, once you played one game (shooter, RPG, racing, etc.), you've played them all.Exactly, it is like making remixes of remixes. using different people, guns, levels,etc. but they are all based on the samething. which is why I only truly like games that don't have tons of sequels and spin-offs.

i once played NCAA Football for 8 hrs straight... impressed me, first time i focused on something for longer than 10 minutes... lol

Raz, except with one of your cases, you were bored to death. In one of my cases, I was scared of a damn movie lol so I stayed up to play. Now that's wrong lol.

I think the problem you mean is addiction? yes, addiction is hard to fix. but all it takes is a lil self-discipline and self-perserverence to stop the whole thing. I've tried it before, and it worked for a few weeks, but then I went back :p

The most I;ve played was 13 hrs on Halo, just beating it. Sometime I play with my friends on and off for like 15hrs or more.

I remember I played Halo with my friend for 28 hours, beating all the levels on all the difficulties.

longest I ever played a game nonstop was about 16 hours, and that was when I first bought Diablo II. still to this day, I can easily play it for 5-6 hours nonstop. free play on battle.net rocks!

I just got the game..well, a week ago, and today i've been buying 3 of each cars, with different engines/drivetrains..

ex.. v10 viper/rwd

v8 sscamaro/rwd

v6 350z/rwd

4cyl 240sx/rwd

I like having 3 or 4 cars, of each config (rwd/fwd/awd/etc) with each engine. Lol, i got gameshark so i got 9 billion $$ to spend..

in the past 3 days, i have done nothing but GT4. i'll come into work 10 mins late...because i was trying to beat a race in order to get money....i'm lost when it comes to buying a car...i honestly don't know what to get half the time...so i'm thinking of buying all of the special models that are in Tuner Village...starting off with that HKS Hyper Genkei Silvia.....right when i get home from class....
