Formula GT help

I went to the test track with my newly won Forumla GT and i ran a high 8 in the quarter after i cranked my gears all the way to top speed *keep hitting rev limiter in 7th gear*. Then i went to top speed the cars flys up to 3rd gear up to 192mph then when it hits 4th the cars goes to 188mph and won't go ne faster just stays there.

The perfect tuning is required,

1. lower all ride height and stiffen suspension.

2. change gear setting for top speed/acceleration to the middle.

3 change final gear to 2.500.

4 set aerodynamics (spoilers) to fromt = lowest rear = highest
