Phone issues with 740i 2001

First off let me say that I have a 2001 740i and love to drive it but have no clue regarding the mechanics. I was considering selling the car mainly for a couple of reasons, one- the phone. People tell me that they can't hear me very well and I have to almost scream for people to hear. Is there a way to increase my volume on my end so that people can hear me? Also, I want a bluetooth phone and not sure if it's available aftermarket to be installed? The other question is it possible to change the cd navigation system to the dvd navigation system? I have 55K miles on the car and it sits in the garage unless it's good weather :smile:

Heyy i have the same model car .... with the same problems.... i need to hook up a bluetooth upgrade too.... please let me know if you find anything on the market.. meanwhile i will be doing my research too and will get back to you if i find anythin....
