A few months ago I pulled all my fuses and put them back in, while putting the dash cluster fuse back in, something arched or burned, but I didn't see specifiacally where (my bad for have the battery connected). I lost the baking light on the gauges, however the turn signal and all other lights were fine.

I took the dash apart removed all the guages thinking that if one light was out, it's possible the if they're wired in series, I just need to figure out the bad one and replace. well all the lights checked out, they worked in another socket. The fuse seems OK, now my question: Where else could I look to fix this problem? There didn't seem to be any burned out IC's or any other burned out items on the Printed circuit board.

Have you checked the dimmer switch?

That seems to work for the cabin lights ... at least the on/off part.
