Ratling noise!

Ok havent been on for the longest time but I recently purchased a 97 eclipse rs. When i start the car i get a ratling noise coming from under the car and i can hear it while i'm driving (real annoying) What might this be?

Wow man!!! sorry but that is pretty vague...
I don't think that this is something that we can really help ya with...
Is it from the engine bay?
It could be alot of things.... something with your exhaust...something with your intake...
You just gotta start doin a process of elimination....

Most likely an exhaust shield... they get all rusted up and fall apart... I just ripped em off mine and it quit.

like 96syderman said go trough a process of elimination. or just take it to the shop if your like me and know nothing about manual car labor

where is your exhaust shield? my car rattles like hell from my sub somehwere towards the back of the car and cant make it stop even after dynamat.
