here's some photos of my last track day before christmas 04
eastern creek raceway
photo 1 is a left hand hairpin (technically a double corner) after a short straight that is used for braking after the 1st corner.
straight speeds are around 260k's and the fisrt corner is around 220k's with no braking other than pop up. then comes a straight just for braking for this corner. very high stack rating on lowsides

photo 2 is a very tight RH haipin before a 3rd gear straight. exit speed around 130k's getting up to 210 before brakes. look in the reflection of the visor for the straight. no knee draggin but the toe slider cops a beating on this one

photo 3 same corner but with traffic. this bloke shit himself because i came out of nowhere to be up his inside. not allowed to overtake on the inside so i set myself up for an overtake on the straight. bloody slow CBR250RR's

That's some crazy lean angle you got there in the 2nd pic, and I can sympathize with guy's reaction on that 250, you can kinda see he was shocked and perhaps dragging the rear end a bit, Aussie, you big bully on a big bike. haha.
What was your fastest straight and corner that day?
Do you use that luggage strap bar to pull sweet wheelies? :D You used to right and had some marks on the fairing? At what rpm does the front wheel lift in 1st-3rd gears?

no wheelies.
can't get it up confidently. usually the front comes up if i get to 5000rpm and boot it but at that stage i'm already doing 40mph.
fastest straight speed was 265k's( 165mph ) and first corner is 200k's (125mph) on a sharper lean angle than my photos. really need the foot on the peg or i'll lose it
the speed in the photos is roughly 80-90 mph and the shots were as i am bringing the bike up to accelerate. check out the front shock compression
