my 84 firebird isss fuckin ruuuuusssstedddd the fuck outtttt......in like 6 different spots, on the driver side the floor panels rusted through badly, behind under the bak seats on the wheel wells, the trunks passenger side wheel well, its just a messss therez holez everywheree but the main parts of the car the middle parts n shyt are awesome....so i dunoo wut 2 doo i realli wanna keep the carr but its guna cost me alot for body work.. helpppp i duno wut 2 doo and body shopz guna charge me alot..tell me thingz i can do myselffffff

cut the rust out and bondo the holes, then sand to flat finish. That will save you alot. Then you just have to worry about getting it painted.

sorry to disagree with you, bonding of essential body parts is not a safe thing to do. for the other members own safety he should have those professionaly welded. what sense does it make to invest money into a car that is unsafe to drive...

You don't have to be sorry to have your own opinion. I still feel bondo is fine to use on smaller area's were the panel has rusted threw. If you add a little extra of the hardener it dry's nearly as strong as steel but your right if we are talking about a large area he might want to consider replacing the whole part in which case you can most likely find a replacement part threw www.car-parts.com (http://www.car-parts.com/) .
