Brakes a squeaking???? 2004 FX4

I have a 2004 Supercrew FX4. Has anyone else noticed that the brakes squeak alot. The only time i can get them to not squeak is when i wash my truck. And that doesnt last long, lol. Is there a simple fix for this? Oh my truck has 7800 k/m on it. Thanks in advance

I have a supercrew as well yes they did squeak. I went to autozone and got ceramic brake pads they were only about fifty bucks no need to turn rotors youre still like new. Smooth quiet stopping now
