Do i need a new clutch?

Check this, going into first gear i gotta get up to 5500 rpm just to get up to par (15-20 mph) then i get into second and its another 5000 rpm to get to 25 or 30 then third and so on. I know i need a new clutch cause my friends have gone through a few clutches i just bought a clutch kit but do i need the whole kit or could i just replace a disc or something?
