I think if the car is over like 25 years old there's special rules, that's why they can have all those crazy engines in cars on shows like Overhauling and American HotRod.

Overhauling is one of the only shows that performs cosmetic upgrades that I like. For some reason, it seems like they go more in-depth in explaining and showing what they do as opposed to similar shows(ie PMR:gay:) Prank calls are a little lame though. They also run into real problems like rust spots and fix them correctly. I was suprised when they turned their noses to bondo.

I don't think any show has enough technical stuff, all the hosts think their "celebrities" and keep acting like they are worth 2 shits, I mean Courtney is totally fucking hot, but she's dumb as dirt and the other dude is just plain irritating, they should just have a show where they actually say every step and explain how shit works, and film the car, not the hosts, I mean you see a total of like 15 seconds of the finished car in Overhauling!
